Reformer/Tower Class Schedule*

Reformer/Tower Classes are a balanced workout for the entire body, improving flexibility, strength, endurance and body alignment. We have six Merrithew/Stott Reformers with Towers allowing for exciting and fun programming. The equipment employs springs that can either assist Pilates exercises or add resistance for more work and enhanced benefit. Individualized instruction is emphasized, and classes are limited to 6. All classes at Mind Over Movement are open to all levels. Although each class is tailored to the needs of all the participants Private Lessons are strongly encouraged before starting classes. Classes may not be suitable for all students.
